I created Christina Rae Movement Wellness studio for people who are wanting to take personal responsibility in their wellness journey. In particular, their movement wellness. Reducing your everyday aches, improving your coordination, strength and mobility are my goals. Observing bodies move and knowing what to offer to help a client learn to move more skillfully and with more ease is my skill.
Instead of one size fits all group fitness classes; I work with people privately to create a unique and safe custom experience that promotes individual movement wellness. Together we assess compensations and movement dysfunctions and factor in lifestyle demands and desires. That coupled with my years of professional training and hands-on experience in yoga, ELDOA, StickMobility, Thai Yoga Massage, and extensive anatomy training allow me to get creative with each client’s custom plan. When you work with me, you will begin to experience improvements in posture, flexibility, joint health, coordination, balance, and reduced aches and pains. You will move with more confidence and skill in your everyday life and other physical pursuits. You will feel and move better in your body.
My personal joy is to get to witness my clients’ own progression towards moving with more ease and skill and less pain. My joy is watching my client become stronger both mentally and physically with every session. My joy is helping you make your body better.
