My approach is different from a typical personal trainer or yoga instructor or physical therapist. I work with your body to address your movement challenges using a combination of relevant and useful techniques.
Privates
Schedule your VIP sessions and receive personalized attention to your specific needs and goals. One-on-one coaching is the best way to learn how to do your ELDOA and SomaTraining exercises that are relevant to your body. Together we develop your personal program which includes a home routine. In private sessions you may also receive SomaTherapy manual therapy techniques such as ligament pumping.
Semi Private
Our Semi-Private Classes offer a personalized approach to learning ELDOA and SomaTraining exercises in a small group setting, perfect for friends or accountability partners. This is a great option for those who want more individual attention than a larger class. In these classes, you will still receive guidance and modifications to fit your specific goals, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from the interaction and energy of a small group.
Group Wellness Class

Back pain is one of the most common ailments! Having suffered from a ruptured disc that required surgery, I am particular about maintaining the health of my spine. Strengthening my back and core and learning sound movement strategies is how I have recovered from that debilitating pain. My personal experience informs how I work with my clients.
