ELDOA is the most advanced program intended to heal joints developed by a European Osteopath, Dr. Guy Voyer. ELDOA are postural exercises you can learn to do on your own that are intended to create more space in each joint. These are self-normalizing techniques. Working directly with a certified ELDOA trainer is the best way to begin your healing journey.

All parts of the body are inextricably linked. SomaTraining was also developed by Dr. Voyer. This is a critical component of ELDOA, SomaTraining and SomaTherapy paradigm.

SomaTraining integrates very precise and specific exercise techniques.These techniques range from segmental strength training, proprioception, and Myofascial stretching. SomaTraining is a unique strength and conditioning methodology based on osteopathic principles. These exercises respect tensegrity biomechanics and relational fascial anatomy.

My sister and I started attending Christina’s class a few years ago. When we began, we only attended one class per week. Schedule your VIP sessions and receive personalized attention to your specific needs and goals. One-on-one coaching is the best way to learn how to do your ELDOA and SomaTraining exercises that are relevant to your body. Together we develop your personal program which includes a home routine. In private sessions you may also receive SomaTherapy manual therapy techniques such as ligament pumping.

Our Semi-Private Classes offer a personalized approach to learning ELDOA and SomaTraining exercises in a small group setting, perfect for friends or accountability partners. This is a great option for those who want more individual attention than a larger class.
